Position: Senior, Sale & Leasing Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsibility for directs sales.
2. Maintain contact and build strong relationships with owner properties and customers
3. Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits
4. Understand customer’s requirement properly
5. Identify and resolve client concerns with various methods include: face to face, meeting, phone, and email.
6. Building the competitive advantages over the competitors
7. Attract new customers and maintain the existing customers  
8. Data entry into the system and update information for posting on website
9. Follow up and update customer relationship report
10. Assist to setting up marketing strategies
11. Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor in Marketing &Communications or Relevant filed
2. At least 1 years working experience in sale and leasing or equal
3. Good communication skill and setting up the appointment
4. Enjoy meeting people with warm and outgoing personality
5. Ability to work under pressure
6. Be flexible, teamwork, influencing and negotiation
7. Be patient, hardworking, honestly,independent and flexible, integrities and strong commitment.
8. Good written, spoken English and Chinese is a plus.
9. Knowledge in MS. Office ( Word, Excel and  Internet & Email )
