RESPONSIBILITIES

1 - Job Title : SALES EXECUTIVES (10 people) $200-$250

Schedule : Full Time

Location : Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create effective sale strategies and daily sale schedule
  • Build up relationship with all existing and new customers
  • Committed to archive target with Sales Target Planning
  • Effected communication with customer, Investor of company product
  • Share knowledge among the team to increase the competencies of the team in creating sales
  • Meeting face to face with customer to do the products presentation and sales
  • Manage distribution to ensure products availability in the assigned areas
  • To lead the execution of sale program in specific area/channel
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management
  • Able to work well in team or individual
  • Being patient, loyal, responsible, and willing to work hard
  • Report to Management

REQUIREMENT

  • Male preferred
  • Good verbal communication
  • Age from 20 to 35 years old
  • University degree in Sales/Marketing or similar
  • if 2-3 years experience in sales job is benefits
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer knowledge in Ms. Office
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • Having own motorbike

 

2 -Sales Team Leader

Schedule: Full Time

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead in the implement of sale plan monthly and give feedback of the result
  • Field coaching and train sales team as required
  • Assist sales supervisor on the development and implement with the area of responsibility
  • Check or follow through the sales representative implement of results, give feedback to the supervisor
  • Develop teamwork in the area and motivate sales representative to take extra effort to deliver the sales target
  • Check monitor and control on the stock deliveries in area of coverage, coordinate with delivery team leader in the area and delivery supervisor on delivery route plan
  • Development product information to the sales representative or coordinate with marketing on product knowledge training requirement
  • Field audit or fieldwork with sales representative area regularly

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/business management or related fields
  • Must be minimum 1-2 years in professional experience in fast moving consumer or marketing position
  • Proactive, challenging and creative idea to resolve the problem
  • Pleasant personality, positive attitude & open-minded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken & written English language
  • Computer literate – Ms office, Internet and email
