RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
- Coordinate sale technical activities dedicated to the network planning, network performance optimization and network extension,following the aim, to provide the best quality of the network performance in all aspects including inter connection with other operators
- Coordinates the processes of network planning and optimization, including traffic measurements for all inter faces
- Responsible for coordination and execution of technical policies and programs related to the support of uninterruptible service of the network with the best performance
- Develops and uses special software tools for statistics analysis
- Planning of network configurations, based on the results of the statistics analysis
- Preparation of frequency plan
- Planning of network expansions by preparing the Bill of Quantity for equipment purchases
- Preparation of periodical network performance reports |

| REQUIREMENTS: |
- Digital telecommunication & IT-field knowledge
- 2-3 years experience operation and maintenance in Switches and radio experience
- High level of experience in radio issues (coverage, interference, etc) and frequency planning
- High level in computer skills (Microsoft Office, MS Project, Internet, RF Planning & Network Planning Tools)
- Fluent Khmer and decent English both spoken and written |
