China Asian – Hand Phone Division, as a part  of Oligo Trading Co., Ltd. is looking for one dynamic person and good leader who want to joint our team with a business growth as a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for sales and marketing management, promoting and selling our products, opening and developing new distribution channels and identifying opportunities for promotional activities.

-                    Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

-                    Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products

-                    Analyze sales and report to the head;

-                    Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results

-                    Liaison with media and advertising

-          Manage sales activities for Phnom Penh and provinces

-          Propose orders and scheme to the head

-          Manage sales forces to achieve the sales target

-          Manage and supervise sales staffs

-          Maintain good relationship with customers

-          Monitor the activities of sales teams regularly

-          Provide and coach the sales technique skills to sales teams

-          Study deeply about product knowledge and transfer to sales teams

-          Prepare and submit weekly or monthly reports to Head of Phone Division;

-          Other duties assigned by Head of Phone Division.

Requirement

-          Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing Management or similar business fields

-          At least 3 – 5 years of work experience with Sales and Marketing Management with private sectors.

-          Dynamic and creative person in autonomous, time-flexible, good leadership, analytical, strong communication, planning and implementing skills and networking.

-          Excellence in English language (both written. spoken, and listening)

-          Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

-          Strong problem solving skills

-          Able to work under pressure and limited deadline

Salary range started from 300 – 450 USD per month.
