Basic Salary: $1,076 per month, plus benefits

As Programme Manager (Livelihoods) you will lead and manage the development, implementation and successful delivery of the Livelihoods Programme in Cambodia

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

·         Engage with volunteers, partners, and stakeholders in the development of the Livelihoods programme/sector.

·         Assess organisations to determine their potential as partners and nurture existing partnerships for effective impact in the sector

·         Assess international volunteers’ professional needs and support them to identify clear links between their work and higher-level objectives

·         Review impact and learning to develop the strongest possible impact of VSO in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

·         Proven experience of analytical thinking and experience of project cycle management.

·         Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of development issues in Secure Livelihoods.

·         Experience budget management.

·         Proven experience of managing external funding and grants, including proposal development and report writing.

·         Problem solving and negotiation experience, and the ability to challenge and support others.
